- Speaker & CFP Submissions: Speaker biography, photo, presentation titles, abstracts, slides, and technical topic areas.
- Communications: Inquiries, feedback, and correspondence sent to our organizing team.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data strictly for event management purposes:
- Managing registration, ticketing, and check-in at the venue.
- Communicating important event updates, schedules, and logistical announcements.
- Reviewing and coordinating Call for Proposals (CFP) submissions and speaker schedules.
- Publishing speaker names, profile bios, and talk details on the official conference schedule.
- Responding to inquiries, support requests, and Code of Conduct reports.

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with trusted third parties where strictly necessary:
- Ticketing Partner (TipTip): To manage ticket issuance and validate check-in at the event.
- Livestreaming Platforms: To deliver real-time session streaming and digital archives for participants.
- Legal Compliance: When required by Indonesian statutory law, court orders, or official regulatory requests.
5. Livestreaming & Media Recordings
By attending IDSW 2026, participants consent to image, audio, and video recordings of sessions:
- Recordings may be used for live streaming, archives, or promotional purposes on official channels.
- Event photos or videos featuring attendees may be used for marketing and archival purposes. Participants are deemed to consent unless they opt out in writing beforehand.
